A. On receipt of your item or order in damaged, defective or non conforming to the description on our site. B You will have to initiate the return process within the 14 days return window by contacting us via our Online Contact form with pictures of the item ordered with original packaging and the invoice of the order. C. We will require  the front, the back and the side view pictures along with the Original packaging.  D. We'll then Contact our Wholesaler or supplier with your pictures and on ascertaining the same, we'll contact you with go ahead for return in original packaging with the correct return address of our Supplier. The address can also be retrieved from the invoice in the package sent to you. E. Please ensure sound and  proper  packaging so there is no further damage in transit  F. Customer sends product back to  our supplier within 14 days G. Our Supplier receives product in good condition. H. On verification we'll issue you the refund via PayPal.
