 We have recently added an Ecommerce platform, Giftzz & Souvenirs, which initially  dealt with souvenirs, gifts  and handicraft items on sale but since then we have 

aligned with our site focus  and we  now primarily list  musical instruments, trendy items or collectible items.

When was it launched ?

It was launched on Jan 14 2019, but was low key and almost dormant for 3 years.

Beginning  January 2023 ,we have intensified our focus by posting regularly- songs, music, and other  videos featured on YouTube.

What do we offer?

We closely  monitor YouTube.com for some of the best and latest content pertaining to Goa and we offer it with a brief synopsis and a translation in English for our global audience in a quiet, secluded environment  with an  elegant  design, devoid of  any  distraction as normally encountered on YouTube site. and in keeping with our site focus on songs , music  we have aligned our Ecommerce platform to highlight  musical instruments.

How about your viewership?

Our primary motivation was  the explosive growth in  viewership from mere 200 odd views/whole month in October 2022, to almost 15k plus monthly  views presently. And growing fast.

What about the copyright of these songs listed? 

The copyright always belongs to the original artist/ At the outset let us make it very ;dear , we do not download/ upload the videos on our side. All we do is share the publicly available code on YouTube channel and we credit the artist  in our brief synopsis  of the  video. We work closely under the ambit of "Fair Use .." by providing a review or comment and also educational in the form of translation for our global audience who might not be familiar with our language, thereby enhancing the reach of our artist into new domains. But  if any artist has any issue, they can contact us and the post /video can be deleted promptly and without any hassle. but for more, please refer to our disclaimer section below.

Tell us more about the Ecommerce platform  on your site?

We  had launched an Ecommerce platform primarily for tourists and for our diaspora, who would like to adorn their homes with memorabilia or gift items, but  over time our focus has shifted to listing 

musical instruments or trendy items and even collectibles, Let us be clear we do not store the inventory, the inventory is maintained by our suppliers or at the place of origins.  We transmit our online orders to these supplier chains for fulfillment. It is commonly known as drop shipping which has gained immense usage among  online retailers..

What mode of payment do you accept?

Our mode of payment is through PayPal, PayPal also provides payment through all the major credit /Debit card networks. The default currency of our site is in USD, but PayPal offers conversion from country specific currency   to USD. If you do not already have an account with PayPal,  a quick registration is needed. Or it is  captured while paying with Other cards Master/Visa/Discover/AmEx

 Who will take care of shipping &  delivery?

Our reputed supply chain will ensure that your order is promptly delivered to you..Our top logistics partners are DHL, Fedex, UPS and EMS

Is my  package safe during shipping & Transit?

Absolutely, Our fulfillment centers have years of experience in packaging and handlings and use the best materials for packaging. and we have tracking page to constantly monitor the progress of your package. 

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, we provide, once your package has been handed over to the logistic partner . A tracking number will be emailed to you and you can follow the progress 

of your shipment on our tracking page on the site itself .Or if you've registered with us you can scroll to your tracking menu in your account..

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we do. We have a 14 days return policy for damaged items or time that does not conform to product description on site, there is no return for collectibles or items enclosed in a manufacturer's seal

Do you have Dispute resolution and refund  policy?

yes, on receipt of the returned package in good condition by our suppliers and confirming the same with our supplier we'll issue the refund through PayPal.
